How do I log out, then log in again?

The log out / log in process can clear various errors related to browser cache.

Like "powering down / turning on" again clears many PC problems, "log out / login" can clear many Blueprinter® software issues related to the browser cache. 

This is a quick process that takes less than one minute.

Before proceeding, it is very important that you do not have offline, unsaved changes. If this is the case, please proceed as follows. 

You will log out of two places: directly from your "My Projects" screen and the Blueprinting Center home screen. 

Instructions:

1. Go to your "My Projects" page in Blueprinter software. Select the icon in the upper right to reveal the "Log out" option. 

 

2. Select "Log out."

 

3. Go to the Blueprinting Center's homepage. Select your personal icon in the upper right to reveal the "Log out" option. 

 

4. Select the "Log out" option. 

 

5. Close all browsers.

 

6. Return to the Blueprinting Center homepage and "Log in" with your email and password.

 

7. Open Blueprinter software.

 

This solves 99% of issues because it clears will cleans your browser cache that had become corrupted.
