5. How do I get experience credit for Certification?

For certification credit, assign team members on the Prep Sheet within 2.1. Add additional Observers if needed within the Discovery Noteboard.

A person must get credit for participating as a Moderator, Notetaker, or Observer. To add team members, assign them to a role on the far right of the Prep Sheet where it says "OUR INTERVIEW TEAM":

If adding more than one Observer, just navigate to the Discovery Noteboard. Select your company's name. Add the additional folks (per the image below) and assign roles with the drop-down menu:
